I usually find reference material for my faces from fashion magazines. I don't stress too much about whether my drawing looks exactly like the picture. What I try to do is to push myself to draw the facial features differently than what my hand automatically wants to draw them. I want to organically develop my "style" by reminding myself that there are a million different ways to draw a person's nose, eyes, lips, etc. Even slight variations can create a whole new look.
